Combine PDFs in any order, or split a PDF by ranges, per page, or every N pages — fully in your browser.
A free browser-based tool that merges multiple PDFs into one ordered file or splits a single PDF into smaller files by page ranges, per page, or every N pages — all locally, with nothing ever uploaded.
Drop your PDFs onto the merge tab and drag them into the order you want, then click Merge. To split, switch to the Split tab, drop one PDF, pick a mode and click Split — you get a ZIP back. Both run entirely in your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library.
Drop two or more PDFs in Merge tab, drag to set order, click Merge. To split, switch to Split tab, drop one PDF, choose a mode (per page / ranges / every N) and click Split. A ZIP of the results downloads.
