What is this PDF merger and splitter?

A free browser-based tool to merge PDFs in any order — with per-file rotation and drag or ↑/↓ reordering — or split one PDF by ranges, per page, every N pages, or by picking pages visually from thumbnails to extract into a single PDF. Everything runs locally; nothing is uploaded.

How do I merge or split PDF files online without uploading them?

Drop your PDFs onto the merge tab and drag them into the order you want, then click Merge. To split, switch to the Split tab, drop one PDF, pick a mode and click Split — you get a ZIP back. Both run entirely in your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library.

    Key features

    Merge with control
Combine any number of PDFs, reorder by drag or ↑/↓, rotate individual files and name the output.
    Visual page picker
Split shows a thumbnail of every page; click to select pages and extract them into one new PDF.
    Four split modes
Every page, custom ranges (1-3, 5, 7-9), every N pages, or selected pages — single results download as a PDF, many as a ZIP.
    Private & offline
pdf-lib, PDF.js and JSZip run in your browser, so confidential documents never leave your device.

    How to use it

Merge tab: drop your PDFs, drag or use ↑/↓ to set the order, rotate any file, set an output name and click Merge. Split tab: drop one PDF, then pick a mode — every page, ranges, every N pages, or click thumbnails to select pages and extract them into a single PDF. One file downloads as a PDF; several arrive as a ZIP.
