What is this PDF merger and splitter?

A free browser-based tool that merges multiple PDFs into one ordered file or splits a single PDF into smaller files by page ranges, per page, or every N pages — all locally, with nothing ever uploaded.

How do I merge or split PDF files online without uploading them?

Drop your PDFs onto the merge tab and drag them into the order you want, then click Merge. To split, switch to the Split tab, drop one PDF, pick a mode and click Split — you get a ZIP back. Both run entirely in your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library.
